Scope of Work 1. Immediate response: Phone response within 2 hours, on-site response within 24 hours. On-site services include: assessment, consultation, defusing, debriefing, referral and follow-up. |

2. Follow-up/aftercare: A program designed for your particular department’s needs may include: follow-up group meeting, training on stress management, leadership and team development, business (re)vision and strategy, individual, couple and family counseling and ongoing consultation. |
